Location fantastic,had everything I needed for a self catering apartment Very clean and functional and a view of the river,the parking was an added bonus with no fuss 😀

Location very good for pet owners. Lovely secure outside area half a flight of steps away. Park just across the road for morning runs etc.

Location and off street parking. View of the river. Had everything we needed. Two double beds. Bedding was good quality. Kitchen well stocked with all utensils. Shower was fine. Plenty of loo paper - it is so annoying to have to go out and buy bulky items like hero’s when they are cheap to supply. Thank you.

It was a great location, with everything we needed for our stay. Having parking was really useful and staff answered any query promptly. It might not be the most aesthetically pleasing building, but the apartment is clean and comfortable with a view of the river from the balcony. We would definitely stay again.

The location was great. Close to all amenities and the water. Everything we needed was within a walkable distance. There was a view of the water from two balconies. There was also good room at the back of the property although we didn't use it.

Ideal for a 2 night stay in Dartmouth. Very central with good parking facility. Comfortable beds and the apartment was very clean.

Location perfect. I went with my dad for my Great Aunts funeral so needed somewhere central, stressfree and last minute. Also great for adult father and daughter as very separate sleeping areas. This was perfect for our needs. I arrival the fridge wasn't working, but the team arrived swiftly and brought an electrician in instantly to fix the socket. They were considerate, polite and quick. Fantastic service.
