The receptionist, Tracey, was professional and very welcoming, as we're all the staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The leisure facilities were fabulous.

Location was good, breakfast was good. All staff were excellent and always very helpful, from reception to bar and waiting staff. The walk in shower was superb and having a lift down to the rooms was an asset.

Plenty of parking, spacious room, lovely bathroom. Hotel was warm, heating in room fully adjustable. Food in restaurant was good even though the evening menu didn’t change at all during our stay (3 nights).
