The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the location was very convenient. The room was clean and spotless. It was so clean that even under the bed was vacuumed. The breakfast was well presented and fresh, and a good variety of food was provided. The place was presentable and inviting. The hotel was very environmentally friendly, and they have presented themselves to have a sustainable and ethical practice. From the minute you walk in and the amount of attention to details that they have put in to the design of the room and hotel in general to be customer centre is exceptional. The little details like easter eggs for the kids, usb charger, variety of pillow options, even different lighting in the room, it just made our experience as a family to Dandenong very different and memorable. You can tell the staff who works here are proud to be working in this hotel. Thank you Holiday Inn, thank you for making our family holiday so special!!

Location, facilities, awesome room great food!!! Don helped us out with our RV in a secure also sorted out our booking made us feel so welcomed went above and beyond best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We also had Paul that was so accommodating in make us feel welcomed. We had a great experience with the lovely lady behind the bar (can’t remember her name sorry)

Great location, friendly and helpful staff at reception,clean, bright, and comfortable room. The cleaner was fantastic. Done an awesome job each day. Was nice to come back to our room with fresh towels and a neatly made bed. Please thank her/him from us.
