Beautiful forest/spot, wildlife (rare monkeys all over the place), service/personnel (incredibly nice and helpful despite the size of the hotel), spacious rooms (equipment, size, view, etc.), the beach/seashore

The resort is so clean with spacious room. The staff are so courteous, helpful and prompt to guest request. They are friendly, attentive and always eager to tell us more of the their local culture, environment and the wildlife.

Breakfast was great, location with view was breathtaking. Staff went the extra mile to replace the birthday cake they specially prepared as surprise upon our arrival which we left uneaten after 2 days. We finally ate it on the 3rd day and was good.

The staff were very accommodating and attentive. Our daughter got sick on the trip and they sent a little care package including cupcakes for her to decorate along with a personal card. I’m also pregnant and our original room was down a few flights of stairs, the staff were so lovely and allowed us to move to a more suitable room. This is our second time here and we’ll choose this place time and time again for our future stays. Facilities, staff, beach, service - everything is just top tier. Thank you
