New apartments, well furnished. Beds were firm. It was very warm, and fine with the windows open. The ski bus stops almost outside but otherwise it’s a short walk. The staff are lovely and the room is cleaned regularly. Nice views from most of the apartments.

Everything is nice and neat. Really beatiful and clean place. Everything smells so nice. You feel like at home. The owners are extremely nice and helpful.

Residence Setsass is an incredible place to stay when visiting the Dolomites. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and to make yourself at home with all the appliances you may require to prepare meals. It is a very spacious apartment with secure parking really close by (approx. 150m walk). Alex and Shabnam were so accommodating and friendly. Residence Setsass is located in Colfosco, between Ortisei and Cortina d’Ampezzo which was perfect for exploring the Dolomites. Colfosco itself has ample hiking routes and amazing restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent serviced apartments within walking distance of beautiful hikes, restaurants and cable cars. We stayed a week, and we (and our dog) were made to feel very welcome.

This was hands down one of the most incredible stays we've had! The apartment and facilities were flawless, with not a single detail overlooked. The apartment was spotless, and the location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was just a short walk away, from restaurants to cable cars and hiking trails. The hosts and staff were unbelievably kind and welcoming, and communication with them was absolutely seamless. If we ever find ourselves in Colfosco again, the Residence is without a doubt where we'd want to stay. We highly recommend it to anyone heading that way!
