Very good place to stay at a convenient location near the city centre. Clean, spacious, comfortable - couldn’t find anything better for sure at this price for family holidays. Very nice decoration inside the room mainly with antiques furniture which we really liked. Public car park available at a reasonable price nearby. Stefano was an amazing host. Welcomed us with free soft drinks and Prosecco! We truly enjoyed our stay there. We would happily stay there again.

View of Lake Como. Access to rail station Lago Como, Bus station, funicular, lakefront activities such as ferry tours and Carrefour supermarkets adjacent to accommodation. Friendliness and hospitality shown by Stefan with bottle of bubbly on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble and Stefan was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great location right by the lake and the old town. Plenty of restaurants and cafes a stones throw away. Stefano was so helpful and nothing was too much bother to him.

Great location close to water , train , ferry terminal and restaurants . Stefano the host was very helpful and made you feel welcome.
