The hotel is beautiful. Staff is very nice and despite the fact we arrived very late, almost at closing time for dinner, they gave us dinner at the restaurant, so this was extremely kind of them.

Beautifully appointed in a fantastic location next to the park in walking distance of the city centre and Westfield. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and the staff were so helpful

Great room, very comfortable. Really nice pool and gardens. A good location to explore Christchurch. Maybe a bit overpriced but staff were lovely.

Everything was spotless. Room super comfy with great bathroom and lovely toiletries. We enjoyed 2 evening meals which were delicious. Breakfast selection was fantastic. In a great location with beautiful outdoor space and close to the park and city centre.

Staff friendly and the little extras of warm biscuits and welcome glass of wine were appreciated. The Garden is just stunning!
