Good location, quiet, comfortable, coin operated laundry facilities, helpful staff, parking on site- not many bays but we managed to get a park every time we left and returned. Would stay again

The hotel appears to be very new. It's clean and very well presented. It doesn't look like much from the outside and can be tricky to find as it's surrounded by other businesses, but it's very tidy inside. Our room was very clean, super comfy and cozy. It had everything we needed, including a hair dryer, iron and ironing board! It's also well located, within a walking distance to a supermarket, several fast food places, restaurant and a bar located downstairs. There is an undercover carpark with limited spots and plenty of additional parking around the streets. It's also located only 10 mins drive from the Airport.

Location is easy for bus travel to the city, Countdown supermarket across the road, great takeaway shops next door along with a chemist near by. I was travelling on my own and I felt safe.

Was handy having the supermarket and restaurants close by. My daughter was moving into the halls at Uni, so it was nice that it was a 10 minute walk away. It was good having a bar downstairs if you wanted.

Very nicely finished modern room. We had a studio room with a small outside deck with outside furiture. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Good kitchenette. Nice bathroom. Comfortable king bed. All spotlessly clean. Lift available for upstairs rooms. Under cover parking available. Good location, not far from a variety of restaurants, shops, and a supermarket across the road. Not a big drive to the airport or the city. Very good value for moey.

Best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked this place as there wasn't much stays available at our time of booking and was very close to the Airport. The price was very cheap and our initial impression was not that great (at entry). However, when we reached our room, it was well maintained, facilities were top notch. Had free parking within building (they mentioned limited parking but I believe, it would be sufficient for guest parking). There are a lot of options for free street parking nearby. Location was good as well - near to airport, restaurants and shops.

Good hotel in Riccarton, stunning rooms with amazing room service in the mornings. No breakfast provided but we travelled into the city each morning. Comfortable nights sleep and relaxing showers after a long day. Our room had a kitchenette which was handy and a private balcony for some fresh air. Overall great stay and fitted our needs at a reasonable cost.
