Everything was very clean and new. There is everything you need in the rooms. The hotel staff contacted us in advance and prepared our room before the check-in time. They were very helpful in every aspect of the island. They even made a reservation for us at the restaurant we wanted. Thank you very much for everything. When we come to Chios again, it will undoubtedly be our first choice.

We really have enjoyed our stay with Giustiniani apartments. The hotel and room were extremely clean. The smell was so good. Fotuini was really helpful she is the best! We are going to stay here again for sure!

The property is very close to attraction points, restaurants, cafes and a lovely patisserie Beneth. The receptionist Fotini and her behaviours againts the guests are amazing. I haven’t met such a friendly staff up to now. The owner of the property was also very kind. You can feel the hospitality deeply. Like Turkish style. All of our friends who stayed with me felt themselves at home. Thank you for everything.

Giustiniani Apartments’s staff Fotini is amazing. She always smiles and extremely helpful. She is very kind. The owner of the hotel is wonderful. He served us a wonderful cake and a coin in it. One of our friends found the coin and he gave her an stunning gift. Property’s location is perfect. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. I truly recommend Giustiniani Apartments for everyone.

Clean, brandly new, fresh and cosy room. Very very helpful and smiley stuffs. Walking distance to city centre and famous restaurants, cafes and Chios Port.

Very clean and comfortable bed. Large, clean bathroom. Staff were excellent in a crisis! Our stay was v curtailed as we were woken by staff in the middle of the night as our room had flooded due to exceptional circumstances. We were asked to gather our belongings and taken to a v good hotel on the harbour front. All was organised for us and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t thank the staff enough!

Located close to the center, perhaps due to its newness, the entire place was very clean and had a wonderful fragrance. The rooms were sufficiently spacious. The beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows, which were very cozy. If you're looking for value-for-money accommodation in the center, this is a great option. If you have no plans, Despina can create a wonderful tour plan for you using a map of Chios. I also want to thank Despina and her team here for the lovely surprise they prepared for my spouse's birthday. See you again."
