Loved the friendly welcome. There is clearly an attention to detail to make guests welcome, including advice about local restaurants and cafes, and the room itself was clean with powerful air con that cooled the room within a few minutes. Even had a quick time in the small pool.

The place is unique and beautiful. Sounds of the jungle, nice to sit in the evening in the common area. The owners are wonderful and helpful. In the morning, delicious coffee and a sweet snack are available :)

Excellent experience, room was very clean and comfortable and had everything that was needed. The owners are beautiful people and were very polite, smiley and helpful. We asked for suggestions to go to Chichén Itzá with a guide, they arranged it for us with Josh, awesome guy and great guide. Absolutely recommended

Staff was tremendously friendly and service-oriented, be it via online communication or in person. Super clean and so far the most comfy bed during the whole Mexico trip :) simple courtesy brekkie for early birds provided, and you can get a set of plates / cutlery in case you want to prepare your own food. On-site parking available. The Chichen Itzá tour guide recommendation incl. coordination was super helpful and saved us time ( ask for Bibiano who can provide the tour in Spanish and / or English, he is a great story teller and cares a lot about conveying the Maya culture). Thanks to the whole team of Casa Victoria, definitely recommended!

Nice and clean accommodation - basically a couple of cabins grouped around a swimming pool. Comfortable bed, quiet, private parking. Nice contact and welcome by the hosts. Good place for an overnight stay if you want to arrive very early at Chichen Itza,

Nice little place run by a lovely family. Christmas cookies at the arrival and coffee and pastries provided for breakfast were a lovely surprise. Excellent location for visiting Chichen Itza.

Perfect place to stay close to Chichen Itza. It was a lovely little Oasis with the rooms facing the pool. Very clean, modern and large rooms with a fridge, nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bonus was coffee and mexican croissante for breakfast

Really nice rooms which were thoughtfully designed and very large bed. AC worked very well. Owners were really nice and would do anything to help. Everything was very clean.

Great location to get into Chichen Itza early (3 mins down the road with a car). Would recommend to travellers with a car as the nearby restaurants were more than walking distance. Safe off road parking. Helpful, welcoming owners. Large, comfortable bed and good showers.
