Staff were amazing. Rooms were spacious and lux. Loved that they’d drop and pick you up anywhere in old town

Location was great. Staff we great. Room was good. However there was no water one morning. Luckily we had showered the night before. Coffee bar was great. Staff went out of their way to accommodate having breakfast ready before the official 8:00am opening.

Great location. Family feel to the hotel. Very friendly staff. Food was incredible. Voucher system for food and unlimited tea coffee and water throughout the day was an added bonus! Very helpful staff with plenty of recommendations and helped organise excursion to Elephant sanctuary. Also the buggy transport to centre of Chiang Mai was free of charge.

Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. Free transportation with the hotel open car within the old city (one way from the hotel) is offered. 2 free drinks per person for everyday during the stay has highlighted the stay. Also the staffs are wonderful.

Perfect place to stay in a central location to explore the town - everything is easy to walk to, the hotel & rooms are new & clean exactly like the pictures. It has a very cosy boutique hotel feel. The staff are very helpful, there is a free shuttle you can request to drop you off to places in the old town, we were given generous drink vouchers to use for our stay. There is a small restaurant onsite and the food there is excellent. There was a problem with the water one morning but we called reception and it was fixed within 5 minutes (note the water is not too hot but this isn't really a big deal in the heat). We really enjoyed our trip to Chiang Mai and our stay in this hotel.

Hands down, the best hotel I have ever stayed in. So much attention to detail everywhere. The staff were incredibly helpful for our every need. Best service and best experience. We will be back :)

The location was central yet peaceful, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were modern and clean, and guests were given drink vouchers to enjoy coffee, tea, or soft drinks at the bar.
