Quiet location. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Good spa for Thai massage and facial. Staff dressed in traditional clothing, beautiful clothes. Boutique hotel so not too busy.

The location is excellent in the heart of Chiang Mai old town but as you step inside the hotel it is a wonderful haven of calm & tranquility. The pool area is very pretty and the sun loungers are very comfortable. We did not have an issue getting a sun lounger (afternoons were a little busier around poolside than morning). The bedroom was of a good size and was very clean. We had a coffee machine and a mini bar to use and they were restocked everyday free of charge. The bathroom had a big bath and a lovely walk-in shower. Soap, shampoo and hair conditioner were all of a lovely quality. Every day at 2pm an afternoon tea is served for all guests to enjoy. This really was outstanding and we thought that a lot of effort and care went into the daily preparation. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was again, of a great standard with a good selection of cold meats, cheese, salad etc along with various Thai/Chinese style food options plus the usual fruit, breads, jams, fresh omelette & egg station, juices and daily smoothie. The hotel has a non-smoking policy. We would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the heart of Chiang Mai old town.

Can highly recommend this hotel, everything was perfect. We were very lucky and got a free upgrade to a suite. The afternoon tea was super. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Chiang Mai.

Everything to be honest! As soon as I entered the hotel I felt calm. I was welcomed by beautifully natured staff who were very helpful. The grounds are spectacular and the rooms are of a high standard and very comfortable. The restaurant serves amazing food and you couldn’t get a better location. Right in the middle of everything, the pool is clean and large with a lovely waterfall theme on one side. The deck chairs are comfortable. You can really get your Zen on here. Highly recommend!
