Beautiful place with great view. Comfortable and clean rooms, free parking place, rich breakfast, nice and helpful staff. Excellent bar and the restaurant. Strategic position to visit Tuscany and Umbria region.

After a long and gruelling drive, missing lunch, and slightly hangry, we had such a lovely welcome from the receptionist with a complementary Prosecco and bowl of crisps which really cheered us up.

Well this was something! The villa is charming, it is exactly the Tuscan place you want to visit. After a few days spent traveling our stay in this villa was relaxing. The rooms are cozy, spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast, dinner = heaven in the mouth. The staff is smiling, helpful and friendly. Genius Loci in here!

Location is amazing, lovely views. Room was nice. Host is extremely helpful and will offer any advise you need. The food is superb, you would never expect this from a 3 star accommodation. Great wine list too. Nice views to watch the sunset whilst having dinner. Swimming pool is large, lots of sunbeds, so you always have space. Don't think twice, book this place you will not regret it. 3 stars is underrated.

The staff were very friendly and incredibly welcoming. The pictures on Booking.com massively undersell this place - it was gorgeous with very clean rooms, a stunning location and fantastic facilities. The food was superb and the terrace was the jewel of the crown with the most amazing views out over the Tuscan hills. Highly recommend
