The covered outdoor terrace was a relaxing place to spend time. Very quiet area. Proximity to the local grocery (which closed mid-October) was super convenient. Kitchen has very basic cooking supplies. Close drive to many good beaches and other villages with many more shops. In October, beaches and roads were not busy. Loungers in the yard and a hose to clean sandy feet and dusty bicycles was a nice touch. Air conditioning worked well.

The house is beautiful in and out, the balcony with a perfect oceanview and enough space to eat outside, a terrace under pinetrees to enjoy the sun, an outdoor shower with warmwater and oceanview. The kitchen is well equiped. The complex is also nice and the beaches there are amazing and only 5 minutes walk.

The location was perfect, very close (in a 5 minutes walk) to a beautiful not crowded beach, with nice underwater life. The apartment was clean, the checkin was easy even after the reception working hours. We got extra 1 hour for checkout for free. The communication was easy with the helpful stuff by Whatsup. It was really comfortable for 5 persons. A szupermarket and a nice restaurant was in 5 minutes walking distance. Parking was safe and free, with a room allocated lot. The garden was well-treated, beautiful. And we had view to the sea above some other house room and plants!

The location is really breathtaking! I loved my balcony, the sea view and the gorgeous sunrises and, in particular, my tiled table and the comfy chairs.

The property is locared directly on the best beaches of south Sardinia, 200m by foot. Apartments are small houses, each has a small garden, kitchen has all the appliances that you will need. The host Ilaria was really kind and helpfull.
