Flat was perfect! Great location, short walk to V&A waterfront, same block as Gold Restaurant (you have to go if you want an African experience - bookings advised), comfortable, clean, views, rooftop pool. Owner left a guide to the city, which is very handy! Plus some starting items, such as dishwasher tables, milk and coffee pods. He doesn’t not have to do this, let’s be clear, so it is very kind of him that he’s done it! The best part is a parking garage free of charge inside the building, making safer for who comes with a vehicle. Staff is also very nice and helpful. I would stay again!

The apartment was extremely spacious, modern and clean with good facilities and a very spacious balcony. Wonderful pool and sun deck with gas braais on the rooftop. There was a coffee shop downstairs and restaurants close by. 5 minute walk to the V&A Waterfront. Wonderful staff.

Location!! The room was perfect and the facilities more than sufficient. Vida e Cafe right at the entrance for nice coffee!! Secure parking.

Docklands location better than Bree but Bree facilities better than Docklands (Bree has real pool bar area rather than unmanned BYO at Docklands). Security is extreme but welcome. It's residential building with holiday let's, Urban Elephant being one of them, not a holiday complex. Clean and well presented.

Lovely well equipped apartment, in a nice neighbourhood, great view of Table Mountain and plenty of restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. We appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out time! We would stay here again.

The location was prime for heading to the V&A - it was also reasonably close to to other attractions and restaurants and therefore was quite convenient. The balcony was great for seeing the city and table mountain - the view is generally quite nice and we had great weather for our stay. The shower was also nice.
