Breakfast was delicious - plenty of fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order. All staff, very friendly and helpful.

First the positives- the bed was great,very comfy! Liked the location as very short walk to V&A shops and restaurants! Breakfast staff & housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Room was good! Lovely choice of teas in the room!

Location is perfect for V&A Waterfront . Good breakfast selection but cooked food just so so. Old rather small bed very “bouncy “ so if one person moved , so did the other !

Staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful, always with a smile. Apart from 1 lady in the resturant. Will certainly stay again if I can have floor 4.

We appreciated the upgrade as we were there for one night. The breakfast was amazing. We were in another country in Dec/ Jan - what you provided us for breakfast, hospitality and price is much much better. It was nice to be a tourist on my own country. The walk to the Waterfront is also great and convenient. You are out of the hussle and bussle, yet within walking distance.

We got upgraded to a suite which was lovely Shirley in the restaurant was fantastic and looked after us so well. I own a restaurant and would have here work for me anytime

In general, the accommodation and the hotel were very good. The reception upon arrival from the gentleman at the entrance was very friendly. Breakfast very good
