Overall a good hotel for its money. The staff is very friendly. The room is quite comfortable. On the plus side, it was quite quiet.

The staff were amazing! They were very friendly, helpful and hardworking! We had food in the restaurant every evening which was delicious and the menu changed everyday. It was good value for money. We went to the spa and pool which was also great! One of the other main aspects we liked was that it was close to many good trails for hiking!

Super stay for one night in the mountains with a lovely view of the mountains from all windows. It was very easy to contact the reception for all questions with their whatsapp to avoid any extra people at reception (security measures due to COVID). All COVID measures were very well respected at all times. Beautiful hotel which allowed our dog into the room (25kg Belguim malinois). We will definitely be returning. Staff are very friendly and spoke excellent English and French in a predominantly spanish town. We loved the spa with the mountain views (available under reservation). Only a 5 minute drive to The Candanchu Ski resort. Breakfast was included and lovely too.

Hotel in a beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful not far from canfranc estacion with easy access to somport tunnel

One night stay travelling by road from Spain to UK with my cat. Comfortable room tho the decor is a little dated for me. Bathroom clean and good strong shower. Arrived at night so it was nice suprise to see the beautiful location from the terrace in the morning. Breakfast selection was good if a little cold for the hot food.

We stayed in May so all the skiers had gone and the hotel was relatively quiet. Had a fabulous evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast was good too. Lots of space in the bedroom.

Exceptionally friendly staff at the front desk. Comfortable room with views of the forest. Quirky decor and lots of public areas to enjoy a drink. Fantastic offering at dinner and breakfast with plenty of good, local cuisine. Best meal of our trip! Such good value. Perfect for a stop over.

We were lucky to have a free room upgrade which was appreciated. We dined in the restaurant on 2 evenings and although there were 2 coach parties we were seated away from them and the noise. Lovely food. We used the spa and although small we enjoyed it. pool a little cold for my liking. Wonderful views and scenery
