The location is very close to a beach , supermarkets and bars and restaurants. The host is very attentive and friendly. Check in was easy and it had a lot of things to enable you to prepare food in the home. The apartment was cleaned regularly during our stay and the cleaner did an excellent job.

The Studio apartment was nice and clean and in a good central location close to the nightclubs, restaurants, shops etc. The Studio is nice for one person. It has a nice bathroom with a step in the shower, which was quite big. The apartment has two double beds (in case you are staying with more people). However, please note that when you try to book it for more people, you can't. In order to add more people in the room you pay to reception upon arrival a fee, which was $10 USD per person per night. The room has one Aircon which is right above one of the beds (above the main bed). The main bed has a firm mattress the other one is more soft. The room has a TV which I could not figure out how to make it work. Apparently it has YouTube. The kitchen is quite well equipped, you have the minimum what you need. I did not really use the kitchen, only the mini fridge during my one night in the Studio. The room has a window which is looking at the corridor. After the first night I requested to upgrade to a room which has a balcony. This Studio apartment also has thin walls, I could hear the neighbours enjoying each other. The apartment with the balcony was a large apartment, two bedrooms and a living room, bigger kitchen with a water fountain (bottle system) with a pump which has to be charged and then it works for a few days. The balcony looks at the Riu Palace Las Americas hotel. The bathroom has a bathtub. In the main room you have an Aircon in the second room only a fan. I am happy that I have upgraded because a bigger apartment was much more comfortable. Especially after my friends joined for one night. There are spare keys to use, however on the apartment door from outside is a key lock where I used to leave the key when I was going out. There is a smart TV where you can watch Disney, netflix, prime videos, YouTube and other, if you have an account to log in. Note, the reception is at the back of the building, not at the main road.

Everything good, except the security …. There was a guy (I believed he is also a traveller), which came back drunk in the middle of the night, and left the door open. Later in the night a burglar came in, made the whole apartment a mess with tons of noise. Later in the morning, I met the hostess, she apologized to what happend and checked on my condition. That’s great. However, I suggest there must be someone to watch over the apartment to make sure the same story will not happen again. The rest is good, and we need staff who can speak english.

The room is spacy, 2 floors and has everything for a comfortable stay for several nights. In the booked room there was also a safety locker. A beach is 5 minutes walking distance.
