Good clean rooms and hotel, the breakfast buffet is decent. The staff are friendly and helpful! Very close to the Giza Pyramids entrance, as well as to Marriott Mena House.

The staff is incredibly helpful 🩷 Abdo arranged the tours, super professional and good prices, car and drivers. The receptionist Omar and the girl Allah was very friendly and respectful. I felt safe as a solo female traveler.

A value for money property. Even though it is very near the Pyramids but away from the noises of a tourist center. A very good family stay location. The traditional breakfast is well laid out and pretty good.

Breakfast was lovely traditional Egyptian food. The staff were so friendly and helpful and there is a rooftop restaurant that you can see the pyramids. The hotel is great value.

If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay with exceptional hospitality and 100% cleanliness, then this is your place! I am a tough customer with high expectations, but Amr and Marina rose to that challenge and provided me with a stress free, adventure packed holiday. I can not rate this hotel high enough. It has been wonderful! Every member of the team are polite, friendly, helpful, well presented, and do anything they can to meet your needs. There are lots of breakfast options and it's delicious! I personally loved the falafel! The hotel is immaculately presented throughout. The cleanliness is almost sterile!! The beds are so comfortable, and the environment is so peaceful that I slept better than I do at home!! There are beautiful views from the roof terrace of the pyramids!! I would, without any doubt, recommend Jasmine pyramids hotel above all others (and I checked many others)... and DO let Amr book your tailored excursions. He achieved everything I requested!! My only suggestion to others would be to carry a little cash each day for tips and the terrace bar. Thank you all for a wonderful time, Jasmine. You have been amazing!!

Very clean, helpful and friendly staff, good value for money, very close to pyramids (10minutes walking distance), pyramid view from the roof top restaurant, good food at a reasonable price.
