Everything was genuinely fantastic, from the friendly staff, the amazing food on the rooftop...and the incredible view from the bedroom. Highly recommand this place.

Super friendly staff, really super helpful and always very accommodating. I booked there on short notice after my previous booking from across the street turned out to be a scam. The staff was very helpful to book my room. Complimentary water is great as well. Thanks!

Ahmed is just simply the best! Please chat to him for all your needs, he will never scam you and has a great heart. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop is fantastic. The breakfast is okay, the rooms and lobby always smells good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and always available.

Location is good and roof top is amazing for Pyramid view, Hotel staff are cooperative and Specially Aya she is good and she also help you to organize your trip plan inside Egypt.

I stayed at Tuya at the start and end of my trip. I was thankful that they accommodated me on the last night as I booked 15min before I checked in on my last night. Both Esam and Aya were very helpful, from fixing my TV to providing suggestion on where to eat. Location is great especially the terrace with amazing views and room was great too.

The service in general was amazing. Location is on point for Giza activities. Staff very polite and there's was always someone who spoke English which helped me. Breakfast was overwhelming as it was so much, but delicious. All in all a great stay for a solo traveler. Upgrade to a deluxe room rather than single, it made a big difference.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to my needs. They treated us like we were family. The hotel itself is in a beautiful area and very clean. A special shout-out to Tarig, Ahmed and alhaj for making the trip beautiful. All the staff were brilliant and will definitely come again. Hanan

Team's kindness during the stay and after : possibility to let my luggage whilst visiting. Moreover they offer me the day use before getting to the airport after my visiting' day. Hard to believe in those days ! Magnificent view from the roof top in front of the pyramids. Breakfast and dinner there in stunning company. Egyptian breakfast included.
