I will try to be fair: reviews of this hotel on booking.com are mixed with a lot of complaints. But my experience was good - kind staff, free upgrade with beautiful view of the city and pyramids, good HB food during ramadan, all facilities working.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout and the staff were helpful. There was a lot of choice on the breakfast buffet including various types of freshly cooked eggs.

wonderfull staff , great hospitality from check in to check out ... Kristine at reception was great .. Mona room cleaner was not only fantastic but so creative leaving beautiful touches in the room which was absolutely lovely. Shahad , Amro and Hisham looked after us really well in the breakfast session.. wide and beautiful selection of food varieties.Security staff at the front door and rear Nile door were very friendly and very welcoming. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable Loved it .. will come back again definitely.
