Lobby is nice & feels cheerful & inviting. Food is quite tasty. Breakfast was really nice with good choices too. Location, for me, was good. Staff are nice & friendly. No opportunity to try other facilities.

The breakfast was amazing with a lot of varieties. Room was very spacious and very clean. Its a shame we couldn't stay for longer but would definitely stay here next time we are in Egypt. Essam the captain was very helpful. They kept our luggage while we went out shopping. Overall a great experience and very wonderful staff.

The hotel lobby area was nicely decorated for the Christmas period. The breakfast was really good - there was great variety in the meals available including American breakfast and continental breakfast. The omelettes made-to-order were amazing! The rooms were modern and mostly clean. There were also food options on the ground floor including Starbucks and hotel restaurants. The food options were really good value for money - about half the price of U.K. meals or cheaper. The restaurant food is okay if you need something - the bbq pizza, mixed grill and shish tawook were good basic meals for a first night. There are some good food options nearby with nice local food, KFC, Pizza Hut and Papa Johns

Very good experience during our stay. All the hotel staffs are extremely professional and helpful. The front desk manager Ms. Seham was so courteous and helpful. Mr. Salah Al lutfi of F&B took personal care for all our dining requirements. Thanks to all. I will recommend this hotel to all.
