I had a wonderful stay! The staff were very nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Ismail, who quickly arranged an urgent shuttle to the airport for us—much appreciated! The breakfast was amazing, especially thanks to the talented chef who made delicious pancakes and eggs to order. I was also pleasantly surprised when my room was upgraded to a premium one—it was a lovely gesture and made my stay even better. Overall, I loved the experience and will definitely come back if (or when!) I visit Egypt again.

Location is nice , Very convenient Free airport pick up and drop facility. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly . Hotel is old but overall Good with many restaurants and good facilities . Food at the Maharaja Indian restaurant in the Hotel was bad and 2 people from our group were vomiting and had stomach upset the next day . Room service insists on making payment even at midnight and doesn’t directly add to the room charge which is strange and inconvenient .

Great location, Nice breakfast, Staff is friendly and facilities are very good . Hotel should however be more courteous with guests for simple things like offering drinking water and not insisting upon room service payment separately, should be simply added to the room charge for payment at check out .

The staff are very friendly and helpful The airport free shuttle service is convenient and useful The room was kept clean all the time and the cleaning staff are always helpful I did not use breakfast this time as it was during Ramadan
