We were pleasantly surprised. We knew the hotel was old and outdated. But the rooms were well maintained and clean. Of course there were hiccups but overall very pleasant. The hotel is doing full reconstruction of the bungalows and it looks like they will be great once completed. Breakfast was in the Steingerberger and was amazing. Nice espresso. The reception staff was very polite and helpful - I give credit to all people I talked to.

the staff is amazing specially Mr. Khairy in the Italian restaurant, he’s absolutely professional, I’d like to thank him a lot for his amazing hospitality. Also Magdy the entertainer is fabulous and he makes nice vibes in the place, but I’d rather if he sings in the Italian restaurant because the bar is not suitable for him and too dark.

The whole staff was nice, welcoming and so professional. Thankfully, They even compensated me for a free open buffet breakfast because of an issue that happened upon check in. The Room was so spacious, comfortable, well designed and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The open buffet breakfast had lots of varieties and was so wonderful.

It is like a little oasis. Staff great good restaurant. It's so nice to come back to this hotel after busy days out touring. We loved it so much we cancelled another hotel for the 2nd stage of out holiday to come back here

I have stayed in the Shallet Design with a studio type of room, all required furniture is available. The hotel has exchange currency machine that helps you to exchange your currency to EGP. It has two swimming pools
