The hotel staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Parking is a nightmare as the streets near the hotel are very narrow and many are blocked or one way. Dinner was not good. Wait staff are in a rush and do not listen. My chicken chimichurri was not grilled and lacked flavour. The pork my husband had was pink. Food was not to our taste and service was mediocre. Nothing like the NH we stayed at in Burgos.

Great location to enjoy the most of what Caceres has to offer. The restaurant also offered great food and good value

An excellent hotel with good facilities in a great location for the centre. This did mean that there was no parking however. You are allowed 15 mins to drop off bags then have to drive to a car park and walk back. This didn’t cater for higher vehicles so we then had to find another car park on the edge of town and walk the 15 minutes back to the hotel. Bit of a pain but the price you pay to enjoy easy access to such a historical centre and Caceres is worth it!
