The manager and staff went out of their way to make me welcome as did other customers at the pub. As I was on my own and it was Christmas that was very kind of them.

Excelent staff happy friendly who made me more than welcome. Room well equipped spacious including shower. full English Breakfast one of the best I have had in any hotel with sausage and bacon from local butcher.

Up to date and exceptionally clean accommodation. Quiet location at rear of lively old pub. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

Good mix of pub atmosphere for drinks but separate accommodation area for sleeping. Full English breakfast was really tasty.

Clean, comfortable room, quiet and well heated. It was sensibly placed away from the hurly-burly of the pub. Tasty, fresh cooked breakfast. Caring and pleasant staff.
