Good parking with lots of space available at the property. Coffee bags in the hospitality tray were a pleasant surprise rather than instant coffee granules, as were the biscuits which were replaced everyday. Thank you. The layout in the bedroom we stayed in, with a separate shower room from the toilet and handbasin, was very useful and practical.t Breakfast was a delight. Adequate selection of cereals, orange juice and fresh fuit mixture provided. Cooked breakfast was freshly prepared, hot, with a good choice to suit all tastes. It was also not greasy and had lots of flavour. Scrambled eggs were one of the best. Good location for several hostileries (pubs), restaurants / take-aways. Also only a short walk from the Pavilion Gardens / Market Place.

My first time at this place. Excellant guest house, a proper b&b with a decent English breakfast. Very quiet location, and, as a walker, it was very convenient for all my needs. I know Buxton well and have visited this town quite a few times since 2007. Shops, bars/restaurants, bus stops and train station, are all easy to walk to. Even the hills and slopes are not too bad. My double room with en-suite, on the first floor to the rear, was well appointed, very clean, warm and comfortable, and a perfect size. As I'm a strict non drinker, I value this extra space for the evenings spent in. And the sun blazes through these rear facing rooms, which is another location bonus. Both of the host's are very friendly and amenable, and both have good knowledge of the area. I had no issues with my stay here, and, if available again in the future, I would not hesitate to book. For those with a car, there is space on the property itself and in the road, with no restrictions. Yes. Thoroughly recommended. ✔️💯🇬🇧😎

The property is easy to find with good parking. It was a calm and clean place with spacious rooms and the beds were extremely comfortable. Buxton is a lovely little town for a couple of nights. The owners were accommodating and breakfast was nicely cooked and presented.

Great location, walking distance to town. Breakfast had a good choice of both cereal, fruit and cooked. Lots of space in the room too.

The owners were very friendly, breakfast was lovely and not oversized with quality ingredients. Good parking with a five to ten minute walk to the theatre.

Very nice place and a lovely room. It was extremely quiet and comfortable. They had tea and coffee-making facilities, a proper bath, nice options for lighting, everything I needed. I slept well and the breakfast was fantastic too. I would book again. Not far from Scrivener´s bookshop.

The B&B is lovely. It's in a very good position for Buxton centre. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and very good value for money. I would totally recommend the accommodation to anyone else.
