Staff was very friendly and happy to help, where they could. (For example, after check-in there was no more toilet paper in the room in the morning, which they stocked up immediately) Breakfast was good and had multiple options, incl for some of the basic dietary wishes. The surroundings are great with the forest (Rhijnauwen) at your fingertips. (incl a pan cake restaurant at <5min walk)

The breakfast was very nice and beyond my expectation. I hope you keep like this because customers like to have nice breakfast in the morning before they depart the hotel. This will round very happily their experience.

I love this hotel. It's located in the middle of nature, so you can spend the whole day feeling calm. The staff are very kind. The breakfast is delicious and filling. I would like to stay here again when I visit the Netherlands.

I liked the location near the Utrecht Science Park and the helpful and obliging staff including Iris, Vinny and the young German woman whose name escapes me. I particularly enjoyed the food and ambience of the Cafe and the artistic performance in the garden on the Thursday night. It was really good to be able to hire a bicycle at the hostel.

Brilliant location by the water and forest, lots of walks nearby. Bar attached and a couple of restaurants walking distance. Toiket/shower was basic but everything was clean and it was a brilliant stay, I will be back.

We went to the reception to let them know we were checking out early the next day and they said they would make us a breakfast bag for us to pick up early next morning. Very nice of them.
