Extremely friendly staff, that offered us a welcome coffee on arriving. The hotel is well located and in walking distance to metro, shops and the freedom bridge. Comfortable beds, quiet location, nicely decorated, good breakfast.

Really lovely hotel..decorated out very tastefully. Great location, everything you could ask for at breakfast, which was really yummy, a good start to the day The staff was really nice and helpful I would definitely go back. Lovely little room on the ground floor with a hot tub and steam room

The staff where absoluty amazing, every single one of them, I have experinced the best hospitiality at this hotel over anywhere I have stayed in europe. The staff are not only a credit to the hotel but to their county. The staff also provided us with some essentials that we had forgotten, we had access to an Iron and board. The staff went above and beyond.

The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were welcomed with complimentary coffee upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, we were able to store our luggage at the hotel—both before check-in and after check-out. It’s a small, cozy hotel with a warm atmosphere. Breakfast was plentiful and included a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, dairy products, eggs, and desserts! We would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that the treadmill in the gym was out of order, and the gym itself is quite small. That said, I really enjoyed jogging through the streets of Budapest instead.

Everything. Location is great, easy walking distance to the city center, but also metro and bus stations are 2 mins from hotel. I recommend Pollack parking garage which is 300-400m (5-6 mins walk) from hotel. There is another one which is 100m, literally 1 min walk from hotel, but it is significantly more expensive, not worth it in my opinion, especially if you are staying several days like we were. Room was not very big but really cool, nicely equipped and comfy. Staff was super nice, kindly adjusted heating in our room when we asked and were always nice and welcoming. Breakfast rich enough and very tasty. Unfortunatelly we didin't try wellness area since we were there with small child, but even without it, it was worth the price. Next time we are in Budapest, we will for sure come here again.

It was a huge pleasure staying in the heart of Budapest for our Anniversary. We enjoied the Welness center as well as the delicious breakfast, could reach every "must see place" walking. Superbe!

We had an excellent stay! From the moment we arrived the receptionist was very accommodating offered us a cup of coffee before we were shown to our room and Whilst we were checking in which made it all the more relaxing. As it was the night before Christmas we were informed that the hotel was offering lunch to all guests to celebrate the day. That was a very generous buffet with lovely traditional and international cuisine. Our room was beautiful and on arrival there was a small pouch of chocolates waiting as a welcome treat. We used the spa area which offered a jacuzzi but we did not have any treatment. The breakfast was great and the restaurant staff was very courteous and polite. The location was fantastic and everything was so easy to find and so easy to walk around. A big plus is the bus stop for the airport shuttle service which is literally three minutes if not less from the hotel's doorstep.
