Location: really really cool Service: excellent throughout Amenities: everything one would expect at this price Room: a bit small-ish, but great view, terrace (7th floor) spectacular, good bed and pillows, excellent sound-proofed windows - no street noise. Only caveat noise from moving lounge chairs when rooftop closes after midnight/ early morning when rooftop is prep‘ed for the day that woke us up. Restaurant: very good selection and good food. Breakfast buffet ok, but not outstanding.

Location - excellent place to use as a base in Budapest, easy to locate main places of interest with the Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion and Matthias Church being within very close proximity to the hotel. A walk across the chain bridge easily led to St Stephens Basilica and the Hungarian Parliament Building. Room- Our room proved to be very comfortable in respect of the bed and pillows. A special mention to the breakfast team Betti, Victor and Marcisz who worked exceptionally hard every day, always with a welcoming smile and happy to help.

Lovely hotel in a great location right next to the Clark bridge. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, with fantastic views. All the staff, without exception, were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Suitable for single female travellers.

We had 2 rooms: a superior studio which was large and spacious with a fab view over the Danube and a Superior double with Danube view. The staff went over and above from our arrival until the time we left; glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, chocolates and free bottle of Hungarian wine in the room. Hotel is modern and clean and I loved the recurring Leo Lion theme throughout. Breakfast was plentiful in terms of choice and availability. we had lunch in the restaurant too and it was also good. I have stayed in many 5* hotels with work travel and this hotel is on par with some of the best. I would definitely recommend here from both a price and location perspective. We will be sure to stay here again. Service from the team at reception and in the bar / restaurant was top notch.
