They went out of their way to make my stay nothing short of amazing. Very friendly and attentive team from the concierge to the maintenance teams. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to have the best service of any hotel in Budapest.

The Dorothea is a fantastic hotel, right in the central heart of the city. Everything is accessible from the location. The beds are incredibly comfy and the rooms are sumptuous with all the really nice finishing touches as you would expect from a 5* Hotel. There is plenty of space in the rooms which are spotlessly clean. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room are lovely and the breakfast is great. I won't be staying anywhere else should I visit Budapest again. Fabulous!

We just liked the place in general with all its aspects: the room was modern and comfortable, the entrance and the lobby were nicely decorated, the staff was helpful and the room service was fast, the in-house restaurants were fabulous (especially the Italian restaurant)... the whole experience was absolutely exquisite.
