Location was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was never too busy. We'll certainly be coming back!

We liked everything about this hotel. They do everything to make your stay amazing. Staff are just so nice from Reception to the ladies who clean the rooms.

Brilliant from start to finish. A complimentary cold drink on arrival, shown around the hotel with what turned out to be some great restaurant recommendations nearby. Pool.on roof was beautiful, location great.

Everything was great - room, breakfast, staff, pool, location. The fact that it was “adult only” meant there was no noise from children running down corridors or causing havoc in the pool. It was super quiet & totally relaxing after the big days of city exploring. There were 2 metro stops within a short walk - a blue metro & the yellow metro (which took us right to the Szechenyi baths). The breakfast is insane - so much choice & completely different every day of our 5 day stay. The staff were super helpful & friendly - special shout out to Gabor & Regina. They also provide separate pool towels & even slippers. Plentiful toiletries which were replenished whenever we used them. There is even a “pillow menu” - you get to choose what kind of pillow you would prefer after your 1st night. Absolutely brilliant hotel.

The welcome given, the excellent friendly staff, the location, the fabulous breakfast and complimentary tea/water/coffee in reception and rooftop pool area. Could not recommend a better place to stay in Budapest.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, made us feel welcomed. The room was big, comfy, clean and everything felt luxurious. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi in the corner was a nice touch. The view from the pool is amazing in the evenings. The breakfast and cocktails were nice. The bed was very comfy and you could ask for different kinds of pillows. Also, the location is great and we even had a balcony. There was free coffee and snacks most of the time, which was great.

Service was outstanding, offered iron & ironing board, fab to try cool room. Received a free bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday, great touch. Allowed us to keep room til 12 and use pool until we left. Rooftop pool & bar was a great bonus. The huge selection at breakfast and the additional offers of omelettes and eggs

Staff excellent, super friendly and they kindly added a bottle of fizz for my partners birthday. Check in was outstanding and honestly all of guest services were superb. Stayed over NYE and unfortunately there was an incident that mean the fire alarm went off around 5am for 10mins. Not the hotels fault, but in my opiythey handled it perfectly. Would highly recommend. The pool is great too
