Loved our stay here and will be back again. I will highly recommend this hotel. The staff are super warm and welcoming. The room was top class and the breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. You can’t go wrong. The location is great too with lots of caffès and restaurants on your door steps.

Everything! The hotel is brand new, the room was super and equipped with everything. The staff was super helpful and kind. Breakfast offering a wide range of food with chef preparing omelette on the moment. The spa is the gem of this place, so quiet and relaxing. I really loved everything of my stay in this hotel and it's within walking distance to the city center and the Danube river.

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to the majority of the attractions within 30 - 40 minutes. They also provide you with directions and alternative options regarding transport and a welcome beverage on your arrival. Prior to arriving at the hotel, I was contacted a week priopr to my arrival date, to enquire if I required any assistance with my arrival transportation or if I was visiting for a special occassion. They also called me the evening before my departure date, to enquire if I needed any assistance with booking transportation to the airport. All in all it was a nice stay

Very welcoming and helpful Staff, spacious and perfectly designed room, great location in close distance to small cafes and tourist attractions. Delicious breakfast served in spacious rooms, quiet rooms in spite of location in a popular district. Best place to stay and relax!

We liked EVERYTHING about our stay! The room, the bathroom, the bath, the spa,the bed and the staff. We were well looked after and the staff were very accommodating

The Good: - New. - Staff are very nice and helpful. - outstanding breakfast The Bad: - Hard to sleep in the VERY hot rooms with no solutions even though I stayed for 6 nights. - Bad smell coming from the bathroom which has no actual door! Also No solution! - Housekeeping is a total mess, they come very late and almost never clean surface dust! - Staff although super nice and really doing their best, but mostly clueless and can’t help. At the checkout they promised to refund me 1 night stay which is nice of them.

We arrived at the hotel which is situated in a beautiful square about 10/15 minutes walk from the centre . The staff at reception were very friendly and offered us both a glass of champagne at check in . Our room was beautifully designed and decorated which had a fantastic very large bed . There was a separate bathroom and shower and also a stand alone bath . The breakfast was excellent with a range of different hot dishes each day . The spa area in the basement of the hotel had a small functional gym and a separate sauna /steam room and a very large hot tub. There was also a pool table in the basement as well. The hotel was very clean clean . Finally all of the staff were excellent and very helpful - special mention to Adam Nora and Lauren ,Lorna and Victoria but everybody were brilliant. If you go to Budapest stay in this hotel its a gem
