It was historic, characterful and in a great location Close to Hughenden Manor, Hell Fire caves, West Wycombe Park and great walks. We didn't eat here as late arrival and early start next day. Room, bed, shower all good. Despite being on a busy road our room overlooked a garden and was quiet so even with window open we had a peaceful night. The staff were lovely. We will return

Lovely room with good facilities nice and warm.Shower not great and no hot water in the morning.Had a snack late afternoon not the best of quality for the price.It’s a shame because it could be a lovely place to stay.Being constructive with the lovely restaurant the food quality needs to be a lot better,if so it would be great.

No restaurant open Monday and Tuesday I stayed on a very cold night and there was no fire literally in the bar area which was a shame The young lady behind the bar was very pleasant and helpful

The George and Dragon is full of historic charm and character, perfectly situated at the heart of the village and steeped in centuries of history. The accommodations are clean, functional, and offer good value for the price.

The bed has to be one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Tea making facility.
