Fantastic spot, lovely stay. Great room and exceptional customer service, really fantastic. Short walk along the canal to Bradford Upon Avon/5 mins drive. Everything you could want in the room and grounds. Love staying here. Lovely breakfast too!

The breakfast was excellent,very tasteful and varied, the Hosts were friendly polite and very helpful, the Room was excellent, virtually next door to breakfast lounge which was great because my partner has some breathing problems, access in and out the room was excellent has was everything

Excellent situation for access to the town and surrounding area. Very attractive, well maintained setting. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Well equipped good size bedroom. Private parking. Powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Good WiFi.

Excellent welcoming staff. Superb breakfast. Very well appointed and presented facility. Noise was an issue. Both through the adjoining room doors. The road noise and the constant clicking of the electric room radiators thermostats.

Really comfortable room, had everything I needed and I loved the little seating area that was enclosed but you could open up if the weather allowed and you had the option of popping the heater on. Very clean, loads of storage, numerous power points and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was perfect, eggs poached to perfection and they catered for my gluten free and dairy free needs which I really appreciated. All the staff there were friendly, welcoming and helpful with local knowledge.

Beautifully furnished and in a wonderful location. Communal kitchen provided all the extras you would need for your stay. Wonderful hosts and amazing breakfast.

Slight difficulty with access gate procedure …but quickly sorted by proprietor who was helpful, charming and gave me all relevant info for my stay. Room was very comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

This is an interesting place with each room themed around a children's book. The setting is peaceful and the small grounds have been attractively designed. The rooms are well furnished and cosy and the beds are comfortable. There is a nice front patio with chairs and table for each room.
