Really good value - you'd save yourself a lot of money staying here rather than in Bath (and there's a bus that goes to bath that leaves from outside the hotel).

The surroundings were lovely. I enjoyed the quietness of the place, although close to a road. There is an enchanting mystique in the property. The interior is old and not necessarily well taken care of. The room was very good in size and quite clean. The mattress was... interesting. Overall it was a good experience, the staff was lovely and considering the price and the short notice of the booking, I think it is fair to say, it's good value for money.

Excellent value for money - large comfortable room, clean, everything worked. Ethos of no frills in order to keep costs affordable, but everything provided to a high standard. Really lovely staff. Made to feel very welcome. Great sense of place in historic manor house.

Clean and exceptionally comfortable room with lovely country views. Good location for attending a family gathering in the vicinity and also exploring the very picturesque Bradford on Avon. Restaurant and bar available for those requiring refreshment. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. This is a very old building but rooms have been decorated sympathetically and are in keeping with the historical setting.
