The fine print
The hotel is a very popular venue for weddings and events over the weekends and occasional weekdays and has music until late that may affect some of our guest rooms. During such events the public bars and other public areas may become busy.If you are with us for multiple nights we would not usually service your room during your stay, however we can on request. Please let us know on check-in if you would like your room to be serviced during each day of your stay.The guestrooms are located over three floors without lift access, only a limited number of ground-floor rooms are available.Due to the original architecture of the Georgian period property all floors have varying levels and do require some access via steps. Assistance is always readily available. Should you have any concerns please contact the hotel for further information.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The room was spacious, clean and decor was modern. The bed was great. The view from the room was wonderfule and the setting is idyllic.

We were allotted a very nice airy room in the Coach House, with one large window overlooking the front of the hotel and a side window overlooking the vineyard. The bathroom was also spacious and reasonably equipped. Dinner was very acceptable - host and waiter were commendable, too. It's nearly always disappointing to have a buffet breakfast here - the hotel serves a 'breakfast to order' so much better. Nevertheless, breakfast was acceptable, supported by a very personable and attentive waitress (Michelle), who was excellent.

Excellent location and hotel. The views were superb and the hotel itself was very well kept and a beautiful setting. We had an amazing room, very big and with lovely views of the garden. All staff very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner on the first night was value for money. The breakfast on the first morning was a little disappointing, but on the second morning was much better! (proper sausages, more selection of pastries)

Meal was good and sharing was not a problem. The hotel was beautiful with spacious grounds and lovely views. We arrived early but the room was ready and we were allowed in which was very helpful. The room itself was of a good size.

The breakfast was very good, only one thing missing that I like was black pudding, which is not to everyone's taste. The location for Bradford on Avon was very good.

The hotel was good, from the room, staff to the food. Especially the breakfast manager Cindy was very helpful with everything. Only dislike was the orange juice at breakfast. It was like cordial. Also we asked for a room clean, to find when we got back it wasn't done & we had to ask for more toiletries.
