Fabulous place directly in the centre of Windermere. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the building isn't as modern as I thought it would be its homely. All I'm all we enjoyed staying there and will most certainly staying again. The only downside is the lack of parking. I'd recommend the place always .

We booked this as we literally couldn't get in anywhere on Paddy's weekend. The hotel boasts a night club and we expected to be awake all night. Not at All. A warm comfy room with everything you need, and when we did go to bed . I never heard a thing . All staff are friendly, helpful and the breakfast was spot on. 👌

Room was clean but basic. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly. Location central to everything we wanted. Full English Breakfast can only be described as superb. All said, stay was value for money.

Staff were brilliant Location is in within walking distance of everything Room was perfect. Does need better pillows tho To say they have live music and a nightclub didn’t hear a thing

Perfect location, comfy bed, hot powerful shower, staff very friendly, perfect Guinness, best breakfast ever, shame about the weather but hey, that's the lakes, will stay again.
