Overall very good. Some confusion over towel changing arrangement. Normally in bath/shower need changing.Would be exceptional in warmer weather and gardens. Breakfast superb.

OUR ACCOMODATION WAS GREAT,BED VERY COMFORTABLE,NICE SOFT TOWELS PROVIDED,WITH GOOD HEATING, BATHROOM LOOKED LIKE IT WAS RECENTY DONE,SO NICE SHOWER OVER BATH. COULD NOT FAULT THE BREAKFAST,CONTINENTAL AND AN ARRAY OF FURTHER OPTIONS,WE WENT FOR FULL ENGLISH AND WERE NOT DISSAPOINTED,LOCAL PRODUCE SERVED NICE AND HOT,TEA,COFFE AND TOAST PLENTIFUL. The location was wonderful and perfectly located for a short walk to Lake Windermere. The property was beautiful and the guest house we stayed in was very large, extremely comfortable and beautiful
