Food was exceptional. Nice touches such as being able to order your dinner choices half an hour before you went to the dining room. Also having the wine decanted beforehand to let it breathe. In all, a slightly oldie world experience as things used to be that you don’t often see today. Oh yes, great shower! Well worth the slight detour off the A9 to experience something totally classy.

Everything was just lovely - it felt like we were staying in a private house and all the attention to detail was much appreciated - especially at breakfast which was beautifully presented
