Really helpful and friendly host . Very clean,comfortable, warm, good shower and breakfast .It’s a fair walk to the centre, which was fine for us , but perhaps not everyone, plus side of that it was very quiet so got a decent nights sleep .

Franco and his family were so welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect to jump on a tram to get to the centre but easily walkable too if the weather is right!

Good location, just off main road so very quiet. Nice hotel which is in process of being modernised. Room clean and comftable.

The hosts, very welcoming and friendly, The room is comfortable and warm. Breakfasts are very nice cooked and presented nicely. I shall definitely book here again when I visit Blackpool again.

Excellent b&b. Rooms clean with lots of hot water for showers. Breakfast was at 9am and very good. Francis and his son were very friendly and informative and could not do enough to help and make you feel welcome. Will definitely return.
