Awesome hotel, with nice friendly staff. Hotel very close to Haraam Shareef. We didn't have any issues so can't really comment on that. Will definitely book again In Sha Allah.

The location was great - very near to Masjid Al Haram (walkable 4 to 5 mins walk). The room was big enough and clean too with good facilities in bathroom. The restaurant food was great too. The restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful (always there to help you and go the extra mile). I loved the overall experience at Makarem (will surely look to book again).

Amazing location, a few hundred metres from the Holy Mosque. Clean and modern building/rooms. Attentive check-in staff, namely Saud who was a pleasure to deal with. Reasonably priced.
