Very convenient, quite funky and very welcoming. The dogs loved it too. Crufts is an exhausting experience and The Hotel was a welcome break from the noise.

Comfy beds and pillows. Excellent location for the NEC. Horrendous breakfast -hardly anything left and no replenishment with an hour of breakfast still to go. Bread so stale it snapped! Scrambled eggs hardened into cold rubber balls. Two bits of fruit in the fruit salad bowl. Water with so much lemon in it it was bitter. Food all over the place -felt like a student hostel

Excellent hotel, very friendly greeting from the crew, room size was good, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast choice was amazing, very good value for money. Hotel is next door to BP arena. Good lighting in the room especially if you got out of bed a sensor activates a beam.

First time staying here. Came to see Michael Ball and Alfie Boe. Such a relief not to have to drive home after the concert. Location is brilliant and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Fantastic hotel, all staff very helpful and friendly. Refreshing modern feel from the moment you arrive. Room was lovely. Fairly powerful hairdryer, which was a nice surprise. Everything was lovely and clean. Wonderful shower. Comfy bed. Breakfast was fantastic. Parking was a short walk around the lake. Sensational location if visiting BP Pulse or NEC. Would highly recommend

The breakfast selection was good. Location was great for the NEC and train etc. Passive soft lighting during the night located under the bed.
