Well, location was great and a window that opened in the room was a bonus. Make no mistake this is budget accommodation. Expect more and you will be disappointed. We knew it was budget and got what we expected- tiny room with no space to open suit cases and a bathroom space similar to what you would get on an airliner. The breakfast was good with lots of choice. We got there 2 hrs early and had to hang around to check in at 3pm. Was annoyed next day to see multiple early arrivals being checked in.

I like the 2-day trip in Beppu very much.The hotel is very comfortable and the hot spring is also great. Staff is friendly and showed a positive attitude and action to help us. In the process, I feel respected and high-quality service hotel experience. By the semi-self-service check-in method of the hotel is very convenient. I like it

The breakfast is fantastic and the onsen is really great. This place is really quite popular with tourists and maybe locals so highly recommend.

There are restaurants and sites to see nearby. Good location on a main street and in walking distance to a seaside park. Plenty of parking spaces. Onsen is free and clean. Pleasant stay and good value for money.

I did the booking without breakfast included due to some reviews I read here but ended trying it and was really good. I even repeated. the bed was a bit hard but that's a personal taste. The room was clean. the location pretty good. you can take the bus that take you to Oita airport in front of the hotel and also took the bus close by to go to different attractions like Hell of Beppu, Yeifun Village and etc. There is a mall in front of the hotel and a yakiniku restaurant next door that was awesome. a seven eleven and lawson really close by and many restaurants. if you rent a car they will charge you a fee per day. I didn't. I pay in advance for the stay and when we arrived they were saying still have to pay XXXX jpy and I asked why. make sure the agent at the lobby do not charge you cuz they were going to do it and I asked about what was that extra fee and she told me for the parking per day and I advised her I didn't have a car and was not going to use it and they remove the fee. after long walking from visiting tourists places and arrived to the hotel to rest for the next day. overall was a decent and nice stay. we spent most of the time out visiting attractions and location is pretty good. The staff professional . price was good .
