very friendly staff, very comfortable bed in traditional japanese guest house. Allowed us to bathe in her private onsen as a mixed couple and even got served boiled eggs for breakfast - great experience

We had an amazing stay. The owner welcomed us and helped us book several activities and onsen in beppu. She even walked us to a nearby restaurant (everything else was closed and without her, we wouldn't have had the chance of having a real meal). The rooms were very comfortable. It was clean. Every morning we got hard boiled eggs from the onsen water. The location is also perfect. Very calm.

Greatest position in the heart of Beppu Kannawa. Amazing guest and easy communication. Friendly and confy hostel, room and bed japanese style (6 tatami). Very satisfied.

Hostess was very cheerful and friendly, explained the neighborhood in great detail. The room was spacious and clean. Futons were extra comfortable.

Can’t fault a single thing about our stay. Miho, the owner, was just wonderful. She gave us so much advice on things to do in Beppu and discounts for various tickets. She also drove us to the ropeway one day and to the train station the next. The room was amazing, very traditional and very beautiful and her private Onsen was amazing to use. We all had the best time and were very sad to leave.
