Great location, all the staff were friendly and helpful especially the lady who checked us in. Speedy refund of the deposit, it was back in my account by the time I reached the airport for our return flight home.

Fabulous location. Friendly, professional on-site staff. Spacious apartment. Adequate apartment facilities available.... washing machine, coffee machine, small hob for self catering, fridge, 1.5 litre bottle of water in the apartment for us on arrival and a couple of coffee pods too. Cleaning pack containing rubbish bag, washing machine detergent pod, washing up liquid, scourer and cleaning cloth was a very welcome pack. If I'm planning a trip to Benidorm, I would definitely use the apartment again ☺️

Location... 1000%. Great, clean apartment & security deposit never cleared, so immediate refund. Staff were strict, but I get it based on location of apartment. Stayed in superior apt, in Dec, so can't comment on pool or bar. Would definitely recommend & stay again!
