Great appartment, a lovely view down the beach small hill to walk up to the Appartment block quite a bit windy on the corner.

Fantastic location just a few minutes walk to the beach, the apartment was beautifully appointed with everything you could need. The communications were great with the hosts and they responded very quickly.

Everything!:this was our second trip to Benidorm and could not be happier with La Perla.Great location walking distance to everything.Appartment great for 6 friends,comfotable beds and the balcony a bonus .Jessy was a god send and always on hand to help us.He couldn't of been more helpful or kind.2 supermarkets across road but big supermarket on beach best of all.we had a wonderful week in this appartment and would highly recomend it

Pool, close to the beach, good view, nice host. Well equiped apartment with beach towels, good kitchen,etc. Good reataurant and other reccomendations by host.

We stayed here for 4 nights in this apartment and it was just perfect! Firstly when we arrived Jesse greeted us at the door and was kind enough to carry bags in. He told us everything to be wary of in the area which was nice to know he was looking out for us. He also showed us how everything worked and gave us recommendations for places. Provided extra that I thought were a nice was sunscreen, a cap, beach bag, beach towels, beach umbrella, wine and water as we came in. This level of hospitality was lovely and something I haven’t experienced before. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and very spacious, everything was provided from towels to extra bedding, cleaning products, washing machine including pods, pots and pans, scissors literally everything. The balcony was the highlight of the trip with the most beautiful view of the sea. Location wise this apartment is perfect with a less than 5 minute to the beach and follow it along onto the strip. It’s about 30 minute walk to the old town but is beautiful along the beach and a scenic walk. Near the apartment is a place called romans which we’d recommend as they did lovely food. Next to the apartment block is two supermarkets that were not too expensive. The pool was nice with not many people using it due to it being a residential block. As we were leaving Jesse was kind enough to give us information about how to get to the airport and even offered us a lift to the bus station. This was very kind and appreciated and shows how nice this apartment is and the people who take care of it. 5/5 stars from us would 100% return and such a good price also.

The appartments was superb, modern, with every convenience you could need, dishwasher, washer, dryer, irons, multiple hair dryers, WiFi, huge flat screen smart TV, large balcony with comfortable seating, 2 bathrooms.

The beds are so so comfortable, the apartment was very very clean, location was fantastic. Jessie was very helpful and gave us lots of information when we arrived 🤩. We were so happy with it we are booking again to stay this year.
