Been here many times before always have charged bar drinks to the room this year we were unaware everytime you order bar drinks 21% service charge is added if I had known that I would have paid cash and tipped waiter personally. Also as we are both elderly we have trouble walking we hired 2 mobility scooters for 5 days for which we were charged €50 by the hotel for electricity for charging that's a lot I only use that amount per week in my flat at home for everything! I will never go to this hotel again I feel totally ripped off

Great location, very clean, exceptionally friendly and professional staff. Good food On the downside, very scratchy, hard towels in the bathroom which didn't have a particularly fresh smell.
