This is a lovely hotel, staff extremely helpful and friendly, great location as a not right in the business but easy walking distance.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff very helpful and the hotel all over was very clean. The entertainment was good offering singings/dancing.

The 3 night stay, could not have been better. The staff were great, helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent. The topping was a lovely Christmas dinner. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, bright hotel, with lovely views across Benidorm to the hills. Perfect for visiting Benidorm Palace. Room was very large. Buffet dinner and breakfast were adequate for the price but nothing special. Good temperature throughout the hotel. It was surprisingly quiet at night.

Clean, pleasant and great staff. Buffet meals only, but a fabulous choice of high quality and varied food for every meal. Particular mention to waitress Encarni for her friendly and helpful attitude. And to Restaurant Manager Antonio.

The bedrooms were very spacious and clean. Polite and helpful staff. At the time of year we visited it was quiet and that's what we wanted.
