The room was fine. Good beds, good bathroom, a working television. The balcony was fine. The lounge area was nice for having a coffee. We got a ticket for a free drink when we checked in. The price was cheaper than a lot of other hotels in Benidorm. On the other hand, you aren't getting quite the same thing either. Overall it is acceptable.

The staff were welcoming upon arrival, I was told all I needed to know including the WiFi password (but not breakfast times). Reception were responsive to any requests I had during my staff. The breakfast had a great variety of food. The location is a 15 minute walk from the beach. The showers were exceptional!! I used the gym and it had enough equipment to do a workout. It also had a water dispenser with cups in the gym.
